2 eggs overeasy with pepper, placed on plate over bed of spinach, slice of tomato and some cheese sprinkled on top
Protein panackaes (2 each) 1.5 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop ww flour, 1tbs olive oil, 1c water, 1 egg, 2 tbs raisins---cook slowly in pan---serve with agave nectar on top!!! yummy yummy
