Feeling blue?



Go through some days feeling blue and do not know how to get over it?

You have to be in control of your emotions and many things can effect this!!! Everyone is fighting a battle but sometimes others hide it well. Being blue and letting it take control over you can affect your family, your job, your current and future goals, your weight sleep and your eating habits!!!

It is okay to cry, talk or think about it but you do not want to dwell and let it take over your life!! why? because life goes on with or without you!!!  doing something will occupy your mind and give you something to reach for/look forward to,

How to help get over a mood?

*Take deep breaths, meditate add some yoga
*set time for yourself!!!! even if it is 30 minutes--something you like to do!! massage, bath, read, get your nails or hair done, go out etc.
*listen to music or dance!!!
*workout
*drink some calming tea, go seperate yourself from everything and just relax
*write things down (especially if you feel you have no one to talk to) then workout a plan of how you will overcome.
*Be grateful for what you do have---someone always has it worse!!
*talk/spend time with someone that is positive!!!
*Do something different way before you feel blue (some people wake up, cook, clean, work,take care of everyone else but themselves and one day wake up super depressed----when they have been all along---so break your routine make time for yourself there is always time!!!)

Everyone has their own way---find yours!!!! Do it now before something happens that is very difficult for you to overcome!!

What helps me is music, water (especially when i feel agitated), reading a self help book, stretching, and writing it down---thinking about it until i feel good!! Then the next day bam! i am okay ---yea you think again every once in awhile but do not let it hold you down!!!

We all have days where we feel the world is crashing down on us, we can not meet all our deadlines and become overwhelmed, or some other tragedy has transpired, it is not how you fall and what happens----it is how you rise up and overcome it!!! That is what makes you strong and you the person you are!!!
