FUEL THOSE GUNS!!!!!

Need more protein but want it to be tasty and quick with your tasty protein powder?!

Okay you can put it in your oatmeal!!!

1/2 cup oats
1/2 scoop your fav. protein powder
1 c soy or rice or almond milk or water
1 tsp cinnamon
no microwave!!! make it quick on the stove!!! soooo tasty!!!

You can put it in your cereal!!!
we prefer.....

1 c sunbelt granola banana almond cereal (kashi is also fine)
1 c soy/rice/almond milk
1/2 scoop your fav. protein powder (we are currently using cookies and cream by muscle milk)

Make your coffee into a smoothie and tasty too!!! yummy

in your blender!!!

1/2 c black organic coffee
1/2 c starbucks cold already made frappacino coffees
1/2 scoop protein powder
3 ice cubes

Get Some protein!!!!
