Well everyone is different but here are the averages
*Newborns 12-18
*infants 14-15
*toddlers 12-14
*Preschoolers 11-13
*School aged (5-10 y/o) 10-11
*Teens 8-9
*Adults 7-9
CHECK YOURSELF!!! Get some shut eye!!! There is always tomorrow to get to do what you did not today. If it is very difficult for you to stop everything and get some rest----then plan better!!! Your life is at risk!!!
