Vitamin E more than one way!!!

Vitamin E what is it?

       Fat soluble antioxidant that scavenges free radicals in your body and proteting the bodys cell membranes.

Benefits?

  • helps decrease soreness after workouts
  • awesome antiaging oil---in many antiaging treatments (reduces appearance of wrinkles)
  • great moisturizer
  • good for blemishes/scars/stretch marks---especially when applied once get them
