acidic foods that have an alkalizing effect

Get more alkalinity in your life to prevent disease and feel good!!!! You can lose weight or maintain easily on a alkaline diet!!!

Foods assumed to be acidic but actually alkaline:

balsamic vinegar
apple cider vinegar
grapefruit
lemons
mangos
melons
papaya
gingerroot
green tea


Other great alkaline foods to incorporate:

asparagus
beets
bell peppers
mixed greens
onion
banana
apple
avocado
kale
almonds
flaxseed
hemp
