Grasses-wheat grass, barley etc.
Herbs-cilantro, parsely,watercress, basil
Fruits-apples,lemons,limes, straw/blue/black/rasberries
Oils-coconut, hemp, olive, flax, EFA blend
Nuts-almonds, walnuts
- Grapefruit for breakfast is very good for you!!!!
- Can't do grapefruit? it is alright follow the lemonade recipe on the other post or the master cleanse recipe!!!
- Drink plenty of water---natural detox!!!!
- Keep your veggies, herbs and grasses high!!!
