DO all the exercises for 40 seconds then continue to the next no break!!! You take a 30-45 second break when you are done with one completion. Go through 3-5 times!!!
How to start?
- put on sexi clothes that will motivate you!!!
- get some water
- have a cup of black coffee prior to the workout (if you need an extra energy boost)
- get a towel/sweat band
- get your music on and go!!
- Jumping jacks
- pushups
- running man (lay on back, body straight, bring upper body up right elbow to left knee then back down ---reverse running man bg time core workout!!!)
- high knees
- mountain climbers (knee to chest quick alternating butt down)---10 plank for 20
- jumping lunges
- v-up (body straight on back, hands come to feet ----form u-v in with body)
- burpees
- tuck jumps
