The quickie :)

Don't have time to head to the gym? Try me!!! Something is better than nothing!!
DO all the exercises for 40 seconds then continue to the next no break!!! You take a 30-45 second break when you are done with one completion. Go through 3-5 times!!!

How to start?
  • put on sexi clothes that will motivate you!!!
  • get some water
  • have a cup of black coffee prior to the workout (if you need an extra energy boost)
  • get a towel/sweat band
  • get your music on and go!!
Remember 40 sec each exercises, nonstop, 3-5 rounds, 30-45 sec break after each completion!!! google prior to workout picture of exercise if it is unfamiliar to you!!

  1. Jumping jacks
  2. pushups
  3. running man (lay on back, body straight, bring upper body up right elbow to left knee then back down ---reverse running man bg time core workout!!!)
  4. high knees
  5. mountain climbers (knee to chest quick alternating butt down)---10 plank for 20
  6. jumping lunges
  7. v-up (body straight on back, hands come to feet ----form u-v in with body)
  8. burpees
  9. tuck jumps
